Description: ignore pydicom deprecation of collections.abc.ByteString
pydicom still imports collections.abc.ByteString (deprecated) as of
the version packaged in Debian, and on Python >= 3.15 that import
 raises a DeprecationWarning ('collections.abc.ByteString' is
deprecated and slated for removal in Python 3.17). heudiconv enables
warnings-as-errors for its test suite, which turns this third-party
warning into test collection errors and fails the build. Also see
 <https://github.com/pydicom/pydicom/issues/2172>.
